GET READY FOR THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
Twirling NSW is proud to host the Twirling Australia National Championships for 2024.

The championships will be held over 2 days at the Menai Indoor Sports Centre. The sports centre is conveniently located in the heart of Menai with shops and restaurants within walking distance.
Saturday will feature the following events:
Strut, Solo, 2 & 3 baton, One Baton & Artistic Twirl, Freestyle, Pairs & Duets, Dancetwirl and Specialised Teams to close out the days competition.
Sunday is teams day:
Small & Large Display teams, Groups and Marchpast, followed by Presentation to close the competition. At the conclusion of presentation there will be 2 special workshops.

This year we are hosting two very special international guests.
2024 World Freestyle Champion Keito Iwabuchi from Japan. We will be blessed with a Freestyle performance by Keito, and following the presentation Twirling NSW is pleased to offer a FREE workshop with Keito for all Twirling Australia Members.
Technician Rachel Johnson from the USA together with Twirling Australia Judges Chair Joanne LeMiere will lead a Technical Workshop for Coaches and Judges on the IBTF events of X-Strut, Duets and DanceTwirl Teams. This workshop is free for Twirling Australia Technical Members and $10 for all other participants (payable by cash on the day).
These events are not to be missed! So plan your day accordingly. Ahtletes, bring some comfortable training clothes, and Judges and coaches bring your notebooks and pens for an afternoon of learning.
